As the founder of PBS Law, Pearl Bakhtiari-Shahin is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex and stressful legal situations with compassion, clarity and strong advocacy.

Pearl was born and raised in Toronto, ON, and is now based in Windsor, ON. She has experience providing legal services in the Greater Toronto Area, Windsor-Essex, and Chatham-Kent regions.

With experience advocating for individuals in both criminal and immigration matters, Pearl strives to ensure that every client feels informed and supported throughout every step of their legal process. She truly believes everyone deserves a chance at a better future, whatever that may look like for them.

Outside of being a lawyer, Pearl enjoys gardening, spending time with her cats, staying active and travelling to new places. She is passionate about youth mentorship and giving back to her community.

As the daughter of Iranian immigrants, Pearl speaks Farsi. She is also proficient in French and is currently learning American Sign Language.

Pearl is licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
